Nowadays, more and more buyers would like to see the packaging box from concept/rendering to actual box before a new launch. They need to see how packaging box display, what color can catch consumers' eyes, what size of shelf they would order. Therefore, Buyers will request their packaging supplier to provide and proof different packaging box samples to see actual effect, which means the packaging supplier must do their best to act quickly and adapt accordingly to make samples for buyers. 

This is a big challenge for packaging supplier as it normally takes 10 days to make paper box sample. To reduce lead time on it, we introduced a new laser die cut plating making machine in April. 

With this new friend, we only spend 3 days to finish gift box samples for clients.

With Epson S80680 digital printer,we can print client's artwork before die cutting, which is helpful to client to see packaging box sample. 

For some complicated packaging, like hinged box, PQD and corrugated box, we can arrange in a short time and deliver to clients.
